Elevating the Game
PXG Golf entrusted me with the challenge of creating a championship event logo for the second annual PXG College Golf Showcase, held at Scottsdale National Golf Course in Scottsdale, Arizona. This exclusive charity exhibition featured six elite college golfers alongside celebrity athletes Jerome Bettis and Rob Riggle in an eighteen-hole shootout, broadcast on the GOLF Channel on December 15, 2021.
Creative Direction
Design a premium, championship-level identity that is bold, impactful, and instantly recognizable. The logo needed to embody PXG’s premium brand presence while capturing the prestige of the event and its charitable mission. Additionally, the design had to be highly adaptable across marketing materials, television broadcasts, apparel, event signage, and promotional merchandise.
Inspired by the visual language of NCAA and professional sports event branding, I set out to craft a logo that exudes competitiveness, prestige, and tradition.
